By accessing or using our app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

    Welcome to AnyStore! By using our app or website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here.

    AnyStore is an independent grocery shopping and delivery platform that allows users to build shopping lists, specify stores, and receive items directly at their doorstep.


  1. Services Provided

    AnyStore App allows users to:

  • Create grocery shopping lists

  • Can request to shop groceries from one or multiple stores

  • Arrange for shopping and delivery services

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.


  1. Independent Service Disclaimer

    AnyStore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of the stores available through our platform. All store names, trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. We act solely as a personal shopping and delivery agent on behalf of our users, purchasing items at store prices and delivering them accordingly.


  1. User Authorization

    By using AnyStore, you expressly authorize us to act as your personal shopping assistant. This includes the right to purchase goods from third-party stores selected by you, using the payment method you have provided. We do not represent or negotiate with any store or retailer on your behalf.


  1. User Responsibilities

    When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details, delivery address, and availability at the time of delivery. We a are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.


  1. Pricing and Fees

    AnyStore does not markup the prices of goods from the stores. All fees charged through our platform are solely for services including shopping, delivery, and platform operations. Service fees will be clearly listed at checkout. Store pricing is determined by the store and may be subject to change. We pay for the store receipt and charge the same amount to you later. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if necessary (e.g., unavailable items). Order acceptance is subject to store availability and delivery logistics.


  1. Store Policies

    AnyStore adheres to the purchase policies of the stores from which we shop. We do not engage in bulk buying, resale, or any activity that violates store policies. If a store refuses service, limits quantities, or prohibits third-party shopping, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.


  1. Payments

    Payments must be completed through the methods provided in the app.
    All charges are clearly presented before you complete an order.

    Failure to make a successful payment may result in order cancellation.


  1. Cancellations and Refunds

    You may cancel your order within a limited time window after placement, provided that shopping or fulfillment has not yet begun. Once an order is in progress, cancellation may no longer be possible.

    We do not offer refunds for the cost of items that have already been purchased. AnyStore provides store receipts with your delivery; if you wish to return items, you may do so directly with the store in accordance with their return policies — including receiving store credit or a refund to your original payment method, if applicable.

    If you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method and have received a refund from the store, please contact us with proof of refund. We will process your reimbursement once we confirm receipt of the refunded amount.

    Please note that delivery, service, and platform fees are generally non-refundable once shopping or delivery has begun, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.


  1. Disputes and Item Issues

    If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.

    Where appropriate, we will either

  • Issue a service credit

  • Offer a partial or full refund,

  • Or attempt to replace the affected item(s), subject to availability and store policies.

    AnyStore reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner


  1. No Warranties Disclaimer

    AnyStore provides services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee item availability, pricing accuracy, delivery timelines, or store policies. All risks associated with use of the platform are assumed by the user.


  1. Shopping Agent Disclaimer

    When you place an order through AnyStore, you authorize us to act as your personal shopping and delivery agent. We purchase items on your behalf at retail prices from the store(s) you specify.

    You are not buying products from AnyStore — you are authorizing us to shop for you. We do not mark up item prices and we provide the original store receipt with your delivery.

    Our charges are for the service of shopping, handling, and delivering your order. All items remain the property of the store until they are purchased on your behalf.


  2. Membership-Based Stores

    Some stores require a valid membership to shop. By placing an order through AnyStore, you confirm that you (or your shopper acting on your behalf) hold the required membership. AnyStore does not resell or mark up items, and all purchases are made as your personal agent. Original store receipts are included in your delivery.


  3. Alcohol and Controlled Goods

    AnyStore does not offer the purchase or delivery of alcohol, tobacco, prescription medications, or other regulated or controlled substances.

    Orders containing such items will not be accepted or fulfilled, even if added to a shopping list.


  4. Intellectual Property

    All content in the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by AnyStore App.
    You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without our written permission.


  1. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyStore App is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from store availability, item substitutions, or delivery delays

    Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected order.


  1. Third-Party Links

    Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services.
    We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

    Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.


  1. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
    When we do, we will post the updated version on our app and website with a new effective date.

    Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.


  1. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of California.
    Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within California.
